Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your shoes back into their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the shipping carton.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5 to 7 business days.
